Hey love turkey?
Anyway we make turkey like thanksgiving meals several times a year, generally we save the bones and extra meat for soup, however we had just had turkey soup less then a week ago. SOOO i decided to try something new, i tossed the bones, and saved a bunch of gravy.
SO tonight to use the leftovers i made the following,
I made more gravy, thickened it up really nicely, flavored it to my liking, then added the turkey meat, freash peas and chopped carrots. Then i made some noodles and that was it.
It took me about 10 minutes to make the entire meal from leftovers and was SOOO good. I mean literally, it was easy to eat, easy to digest, and really tastey. 
We all enjoyed it.
Brennan ate a bunch. so i figured i would share the quick and easy recipie. :)

I had about 8 hours of contractions, every 15 minutes today. 
I wanted to scream, really i did, and i know its only the begining. But damn its frustrating!
Im still having them at random. 
I suppose you could call them BH, but they are rather uncomfortable. Nothing like what will come though.
Im so excited for the baby. I ordered a Mei Tie yesterday. Black with blue/purple brocaide, I love brocaide! Anyway i cant wait till it gets here.
I cant wait till the baby gets here.

Brennan is doing great. Hes so excited. We talked today about the baby coming. I asked him if when baby brother cried, if he would hold him.
Brennan looked at me, and said. Mama i cant hold him, he in your tummy!
I adore my child he is so funny.
I was teasing him because he was crying crocadile tears. Anyway when i said that he turned and said NO, im crying Brennan tears, NOT crocadile tears! 
Gosh hes so cute though.

Birthday in about 2 more weeks.... a little over... why do they grow up so fast?

Im 34 weeks allready. Seems this pregnancy is both flying by and creeping by. Im really ready to be done with being pregnant. The baby is big, hes moving all the time and its been actually hurting lately. Ive been sick, and the spd is aweful. I know typical end of pregnancy complaints really. Backache, feet swelling. Of course my face looks like someone punched it :( heartburn lol. I just need to bitch for a few minutes about it. 
I have all of the bebes clothes ready, I ordered a new Mei Tie today, i cant WAIT to try it out lol. Ill test it on brennan :) Its really pretty. We have a carseat, but are still debating on getting an infant carseat rather then the larger convertable carseat that we have. We found a nice stroller that will work for eather boy. Its the Jeep Liberty All terrain stroller. Its around 130 dollers, which is expensive, BUT its like a jogger, and brennan adored it when we found it. Cup holders and huge tires which is really importaint living where we do. Need something that can handle the ground lol. The ATV or SUV equivilent of a stroller :) this one can take the terrain. Need to get a pack and play for outside and the living room still, i would really like to get a bouncy chair and a swing, or at least one of those lol.
And dipers, ever loving diapers :)
In any event, Conner is high in my ribcage, and very ery active. I really wish there was something i culd do to bring him down some, but hes really high. Although i have 6 weeks left till my duedate, im expecting to wait 8 weeks before he comes, as brennan was a day or two shy of 42 weeks. Im just hoping for a smaller baby, then 10 lbs. :) But knowing my family, this one will be bigger. Maybe at my next midwife appointment ill ask if they can guess how big he is now, maybe give me and idea?? I mean its not like its a real weight measurement, but it would be nice ot see how much they think he weighs. 
I start phsyical therapy on thursday for the SPD. We are hoping that im able to walk better, and maybe heal up faster after i deliver. I heard some people say delivery fixed it, others say that it took a year or more before they were able to walk pain free. Which is not what i want. 
In any event i better get going, monkey is sitting here complaining about his drink :) so i better go.

31 weeks. I start my birth classes next week lol. Apperently there is a sibling class too, which im kinda hoping to bring brennan to. I can imagine that he would benifit, not to mention it will give us some more insight to see if we should have him at Conners birth. Not really sure yet.  We are leaning twords the not there though. because of his reactions to blood. Like i said, im hoping to get him into the sibling class, and see how it goes. 

Im getting bigger i think lol. Hes still really high in my ribs. But my stomach isnt as squishy as it was before. A few weeks ago i had an over abundance of amniotic fluid, and my stomach was rather squishy because of it. Anyway now its alot more firm. Obviously Conner is now taking up more room in there lol .
Hes also breech right now. Ive learned to feel his body parts and what is what. Anyway the very soild part is in my ribcage, and the more squishy moveable parts are lower. My midwife confirmed that he is breech. Anyway we are gonna work to turn him at my next appointment on thursday. Other wise its an attempt at a breech water birth lol. 

Anyway Brennan is still saying that his brother ran away. Im not sure why. But he likes to look into my belly button and see the baby. Though he tells me, after they talk, that the baby is running away.  Hes really silly. But otherwise brennan is doing great of late. We actually went to a store and he didnt have a melt down! We went to dinner first, then ot the store, and we occupied him with a plastic container of bubble wands hehe. Didnt even notice me getting some easter candy. Those bubble wands are really neat too. There are 30 or so in the package and we had to use every one of them tonight! Bubbles are awesome.
And no dont worry my toddler isnt going to get much candy for easter. I only picked up one package, and some little toys to put in his eggs.  We plan on having an egg hunt at my house for him and my 10 year old sister. I have probably over 1000 plastic eggs, that we are going to fill, my mom was going to pick up sme little prizes to put in the eggs. Then 2 local stores are having easter egg hunts for kids under 3 as well. So we were thinking of bringing him. 

In any event, i got new filters for my camera. I really like the way they make the images more colorful. Im getting much better results now. Not to mention its much easier ot take pictures outside where its soo bright from all the snow. Thankfully the snow is melting and we are offically in breakup. Thank heavens! Spring will be here in another... month or so. We have at least 5 feet of snow to get melted first. 
Im so envious of the people out there posting their pretty spring pictures of flowers and leaves and green grass when its still so white here. But i suppose thats an effect of living in alaska really.. Its crummy weather for 8 mnths out of the year, A solid 6 of winter, 1 of breakup, and 1 of fall, But the rest is so pretty... sigh, I suppose in the end its all worth it. I just wish winter wasnt so long.
Anyway this entry is all over the place, so im going to log off and kick back.

We went into the city on sunday, and saw some sculptures.


My stepfather ice fishin. He got a new halibut pole that day. actually he got 4... 800 dollers worth of fishing poles. Ugh.

ive been terribly Lax about posting pictures lately. Tired and all that. Anyway with the winter storm warnings i got alot of pictures of snow. Oh course i did.
Im just not taking as many photos lately as i have in the past. But im working on it. Maybe its the pregnancy. Anyway here are some snapshots :)

Thease are the first few i took before i was able to focus my camera better, remember guys its only about -20 below out when im taking theast pictures, it was freezing, my shooter finger ( for the camera) was so frozen when i came in, i ran it under ice water for a ew minutes and then took out an ice pack to warm it up. I coulent move my hands, each photo takes between 30 and 50 seconds to process, so its a long cold process.

The next set will be better! And hopefully the cut will work.

I went with tony to work today, he had two service calls out about 50 miles away, with some beautiful views. So here they are. Sorry for the shakey pictures my carpel tunnell is so bad i could bearly hold the camera up, i cant grip anything in my right hand, can bearly move my mouse, and type.

When i get bored, I do photos. Tonight we had a nearly full moon rise on a lavender sky. Twas lovely. Then i decided to try out my hand at photographing stars...

OK so i fibbed. Not only did i get a kitten ( who may be called smoke ) but tony got himself a 4 month old lab/pitt mix( usually we wont get a pitt, but shes really sweet) Chole is her name.
So here are som pictures

Kitten is 2 months, born August 1st. She really does look like that, her fur is so soft and cloudy, and its almost white at the ends, like a ghost. Shes such a sweetheart though. Oh and she has white glasses on.





Chole is scared of the camera flash, so ill have to get better pictures outside of her in the daytime, But here is Chole, and yes she came with that monsterous cage!

WELL I didnt make it to the mountains. BUT i did get thease of Sleeping Lady tonight.
